Step 2
The transport mandate
If you accept the quote, you will have to sign a transport mandate. That document will enable us to retrieve and transport cells on your behalf.
Once the mandate signed, a member of our team contacts the departure and arrival laboratories to arrange a transport date.
Step 3
The day of transport
You don't need to do anything. The courier takes care of your straws from A to Z. The temperature is measured.
A biologist supervises the transport, maintaining contact with the transporter throughout the journey.
Step 4
The final report
Once the straw(s) arrive at their destination, you will receive an end-of-trip report as well as the temperature tracer.
Your cells are ready to pursue the treatment.
