1. Get a tailored quote
3 ways:
- using the transport simulator
- using the contact form
- by sending an email to contact@fivdrop.com
You will receive a personalized quote.
2. The transport voucher
Once the documents are signed, a member of our team contacts the departure and arrival laboratories to arrange a transport date.
You will receive a transport voucher which summarizes the transport date, the number of straws, the departure and arrival laboratories with the name of the managers, and the name of the courier.
3. The day of the transport
You don't need to do anything. The courier takes care of your straws from A to Z. The temperature is measured continuously.
A biologist supervises the transport, maintaining contact with the transporter throughout the journey.
4. The final report
Once the straw(s) arrive at their destination, you will receive an end-of-trip report as well as the temperature tracer.
